Dragon Wagon Hand Cut Fries
Our own hand cut Dragon Wagon hand-cut skin-on fries are made from Maine potatoes. They are twice fried to perfection and seasoned with coarse kosher salt for maximum bold flavor. I knew from day one that I didn’t want just every day frozen grocery store fries. These are a staple on the Dragon Wagon menu.
Salt and Cider Vinegar Fries
That’s right, right here in the test kitchen I’ve perfected a cider vinegar infused french fry recipe that explodes with flavor in every bite. The same Maine hand-cut twice-fried fries, but completely infused with salty cider vinegar flavor.
