Today from the test kitchen, something I’ve been thinking of adding to the menu for a while now.
The Orc on a Cloud!

A fluffy, yet crispy savory fried dough cloud, cool sour cream, fresh baby spinach with classic Dragon Wagon BBQ pulled pork topped with grilled caramelized onions and a dab of spicy sauce.
Silverware optional – napkins necessary – deliciousness guaranteed.
This is a puffy piece of savory fried local Maine dough that incorporates our own s-l-o-w cooked pulled pork. A great sandwich snack on the go. pair it up with some of our creamy dragon slaw for the ultimate lunch or dinner treat.
