OPENING DAY for the Dragon Wagon!
We’re set to open the window for service THIS WEEKEND!!
Come check out the wagon, try out some of the best 4th of July weekend eats this side of the White Mountains!
It’s been a long and challenging road, but we’ve finally done it! The construction is complete, The Select board of Fryeburg approved us, all the regulations and hoops have been cleared. The FINAL step is the health inspection this Thursday (6/29/23) and things are looking ready to roll!
We’ll be opening the Window at 3:00 PM
Come help us get off on the right foot, enjoy some delicious food, and go watch the fireworks at the rec. center when you’re done.

Loaded Beef Kielbasa ($10.00) – A smoky plump kielbasa sausage on a floofy hoagie roll with grilled onions and grilled peppers.
Choice of Mustard, honey mustard or zesty BBQ to your taste.
Andouille Dragon Bite ($10.00) – A spicy smoky southern favorite loaded down with our grilled peppers and onions.
Choice of sweet chili sauce, honey mustard, or zesty BBQ.
Loaded Italian sausage – ($10.00) – A grilled sweet Italian sausage bursting with flavor on a floofy hoagie roll smothered in grilled onions, grilled peppers, and a drizzle of our zesty marinara sauce topped off with mozzarella cheese.
Pulled Pork ($8.00) – Our own 14-hour BBQ pulled pork, grilled and piled on a bun with grilled onions and peppers.
Dragon Wagon Cheese Burger ($7.00) – A savory dragon-sized (1/3 lb before cooking) burger on a grilled bulkie roll with plenty of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and your choice of condiments.
Pork & Cheese Quesadilla ($7.00) – Our own 14 hour pulled pork and Mexican cheese melted between white flour tortillas right on the grill. served with a side of cool sour cream.

New England Red Hot Dog ($3.00) – a New England Classic – red hot dog on a bun with your choice of condiments and diced onions
